PTA Soccer is a youth development program serving families in Oak Cliff and the surrounding communities. Our goal is to provide a positive environment where players can develop soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Founded in 2017, PTA Soccer has helped hundreds of players begin their soccer journey while creating opportunities for continued development as they grow.

Our focus is long-term player development and creating opportunities for players at every stage of their soccer journey.
We believe the best development happens when kids train with purpose and play with joy. Our approach challenges players to stay focused and keep improving, while making sure they enjoy the game and stay motivated.
Skill Development → Building a strong technical foundation.
Game Intelligence → Teaching players to think critically, anticipate play, and make smarter decisions.
Mental Resilience → Confidence, discipline, and a growth mindset.
Measuring Progress Beyond Wins → Success is found in small improvements: sharper technique, smarter choices, and deeper understanding of the game — not just the scoreboard.
Our goal is to ensure every child has a great soccer experience.
In the younger Academy years, the priority is not building dominant teams or chasing wins, but building strong players — technically, mentally, and emotionally. By taking this long-term view, we help kids avoid burnout so that when they reach high school, they are not only still playing but thriving — and for some, preparing for college opportunities.
As Academy Director, Coach Paez leads the overall training program and development philosophy. Assistant coaches oversee games, and at times parent volunteers may help with rec league matches when scheduling conflicts arise. This structure ensures kids receive quality training while allowing the Director to stay focused on guiding the academy as a whole.
